These are a few of my favourite things......

Simone and I had a long morning at the Vintage Shed today, making sure the stalls look their best for Easter. As usual, everything was moved around and new stock was added and I just love it when it comes up looking trumps.......

I also thought, I would share with you some of my own favourite Vintage finds, the ones that have "stayed" in my home and I simply have not been able to part with.

I purchased this wooden sign from Chapel Street Bazaar when I was 18 and it has come everywhere with me for the past 20 ish years. It is still one of my fave finds and I will never be able to part with it.

This is a dutch enamel bread bin. I bought this a couple of years ago at a market in Amsterdam and hand carried it all the way back. I do actually use it for bread, but I love it because it reminds me of a wonderful day my husband and I had there together wandering the streets and canals without a care in the world.

I have had this lucky hit tin for about 20 years. I used to think I was so cool keeping my cigarettes in this when I was young. Now it sits in a pigeonhole box on my mantle looking fabulous.

This is a very recent find and one I didn't have to go far to find it .....another stall holder at the Vintage Shed very cleverlly upcycled this little old cupboard. The top is all old wooden rulers- I fell in love at first sight and had to have it! Think it might end up being my bedside table.....just need to find an equally quirky cupboard for the other side of the bed....

That might be it for today...there are so many other things I want to show you, but not today. We are celebrating the sale of our little house and are heading to the countryside to live in a few months. Time for a celebratory drink and a bit of "r and r". Hope you all have a lovely Easter....Bec

They're all so 'you' Bec. Yay for a move to the country - I'd LOVE to live in the country but my hubby won't have a bar of it.

Have a gorgeous Easter!
